Located on the sea between the beaches of Es Trenc and Sa Ràpita. The property consists of a main house with two floors to which is attached a consistent building a tower mill. The principal, fully renovated house was formerly a house of peasants who tilled the fields and tending livestock. It has two floors. The ground floor has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and a large terrace. On the top floor are two bedrooms, living room, bathroom and terrace. Next to the main house connected by the roof, is, as adjacent house, the old mill, completely renovated into additional living offered in case you need more room, having a double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen fully furnished and two living rooms on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the first floor. Large terraces on both the ground floor and the first floor. Around homes can enjoy the rest that offers a large garden and a great pool. Ideal for families with children.
Both houses are equipped with additional cots for children under two years, televisions with satellite dishes, wireless network, iron, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerators, washing machines and outdoor barbecue.

Summary: We were a group of 10. 6 adults ,5 children ranging from 1 to 15. We all went together to celebrate a 1st birthday and a 70th birthday. The villa was the perfect place, lots of space for everyone and plenty of room for a quiet space whenever it was needed. Lovely grounds with lots of space for the children to run round and have fun. Lovely property, can't wait to rebook.

Summary: We have enjoyed our stay in the house & found the location wonderful. We would like to bring to your attention a number of issues that we’ve had with the house. Two of the outdoor chairs are broken. The door of the main downstairs bedroom often jams. The downstairs toilet does not drain well. The outside laundry and toilet do not drain well. The number of plates and cutlery is not sufficent for a large group. Wifi is not acccessable in all pf the house. The bbq has broken pieces inside and was not clean when we arrived. It is also too small to cook for large groups. It is necessary to have a weekly check of the chlorine levels of pool.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at Maria Antonia’s beautiful finca. There was everything we needed to relax and enjoy ourselves, with a beautiful beach just a short walk away. The pool was delightful, and the mix of accommodation suited us well. We can’t wait to return!

Summary: 2nd visit to this amazing property, we fell in love with the place in 2018 and even more so in 2019. It’s beauty and tranquility is a perfect setting for annual family holiday. Our hosts are so friendly and welcoming, and the bonus this year was the 10 minute walk to the beech, plus a delicious pizza ;-) We will certainly be returning in 2020. Summary: Although the property had all the amenities for 11 guests to be comfortable we found that light bulbs in several rooms did not function and we had to replace them. The property was clean when we arrived but not that easy to find. Small price to pay for the setting (which was peaceful) and the location was great to plan excursions from.

Summary: My family and I rented this villa last summer for three weeks. All 14 of us! Maria Antonia was kind and on top of every request we made (including cribs for the kids, towels for the beach, more hangers..) Every week they would come to clean up the house and change the sheets so we could keep enjoying the fantastic beach. We all rented bikes and would make the 2km ride to the beach every day, to either Sa Rapita's beach or Es Trenc. This is a very easy bike ride, my 7 year old could make it.. I recommend the bikes!! There are plenty of nice restaurants around and Palma is a short 30min drive, which was great for our older kids so they could enjoy the party scene to then come back to relaxing sa rapita. It was a great summer and was all thanks to the generosity of Maria Antonia's family. thank you!
